Bookings
A booking request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. Seats are allocated in order of confirmation.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, unless we are the ones cancelling.
Weather and sea
If sea or weather conditions make a tour unsafe we reschedule or refund in full. The captain's or guide's decision is final.
Safety
You must disclose relevant medical conditions, pregnancy and swimming ability before the tour. ATV tours have a minimum age and licence requirement. We may refuse participation on safety grounds, without refund, where information was withheld.
The reef
Do not use sunscreen inside the Cozumel Reefs National Park. Use UV clothing, a hat and shade; touching or standing on coral is prohibited.
Liability
Bare Cozumel operates under a valid licence and insurance. We are not liable for lost personal items or for delays caused by third parties (cruise lines, traffic, official closures).
